Description

Pleasant tending fruity cup with a delicious ginger finish. It is blended from ginger, licorice, Tulsi (Holy Basil), dandelion leaves, burdock root, rose petals and elder flowers, with safflower petals for colour. To brew, steep about 2.5 g (one teaspoon) per cup in water at 100°C for 5–10 minutes. It is just as good iced: brew it strong and pour it over ice. Caffeine-free, so it suits any time of day, including before bed.
