Description

A full flavored tea with superb and well-defined blueberry highlights. Excellent as an iced tea. In the blend: hibiscus petals, apple pieces, elderberry pieces, currant pieces, European blueberries and American blueberries, with cornflower petals for colour. Use about 2.5 g (one teaspoon) per cup, with water at 100°C, and steep for 5–7 minutes. It is just as good iced: brew it strong and pour it over ice. Caffeine-free, so it suits any time of day, including before bed.
