Pinch me! Have a fresh lime gelato in St. Mark's Square without the hassle. Nothing like it! The blend brings together apple pieces, hibiscus, rosehip, lemon pieces, lime pieces, peppermint leaves and lime leaves. Use about 2.5 g (one teaspoon) per cup, with water at 100°C, and steep for 5–7 minutes. It is just as good iced: brew it strong and pour it over ice. Naturally caffeine-free, it is lovely in the evening.
