A most unique character best described as 'premium oolong with sweet milk and light orchid notes peeking out from camellia depths'. To brew, steep about 2.5 g (one teaspoon) per cup in water at 90–95°C for 3–5 minutes. It also makes a refreshing iced tea: brew it strong and pour it over ice. With moderate caffeine, it is an easy cup for the afternoon.
