It is blended from oolong tea and mango pieces, with calendula petals, marigold petals and sunflower petals for colour.
Use about 2.5 g (one teaspoon) per cup, with water at 90–95°C, and steep for 3–5 minutes. It also makes a refreshing iced tea: brew it strong and pour it over ice. With moderate caffeine, it is an easy cup for the afternoon.
