Sweet pleasant cup with delicate herbaceous notes. Light fruity finish. Brew one teaspoon (about 2.5 g) per cup at 100°C for 5–7 minutes. Brew it double-strength and pour it over ice for a caffeine-free iced tea. Naturally caffeine-free, it is lovely in the evening.
