Full bodied tending astringent (brisk) with a slight heady bouquet. Full green tea flavor.
Brew one teaspoon (about 2 g) per cup at 75–80°C for 2–3 minutes. It also makes a refreshing iced tea: brew it strong and pour it over ice. With moderate caffeine, it is an easy cup for the afternoon.
