Exquisite, abundant jasmine character on a seasonal green tea. This jasmine flavor is only possible with midnight May flowers. In the blend: green tea and jasmine petals. Certified organic. To brew, steep about 2 g (one teaspoon) per cup in water at 75–80°C for 2–3 minutes. It also makes a refreshing iced tea: brew it strong and pour it over ice. With moderate caffeine, it is an easy cup for the afternoon.
