Description

Delicious green tea character with depth, body and some pungency. Cup tends bright forest green. To brew, steep about 2 g (one teaspoon) per cup in water at 75–80°C for 2–3 minutes. It also makes a refreshing iced tea: brew it strong and pour it over ice. With moderate caffeine, it is an easy cup for the afternoon.
