Description

Lusciously ginger and sweet cinnamon cookie flavor. The blend brings together black tea, cinnamon, star anise, cocoa beans, ginger and chamomile flowers, with safflower petals for colour. Brew one teaspoon (about 2.5 g) per cup at 95–100°C for 3–5 minutes. It has the body to take milk, as a milk tea or a tea latte, and also makes a lovely iced tea. With a full caffeine lift, it is a natural morning or early-afternoon cup.
